UBE SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
½ cup milk or plant-based milk
1–2 tsp ube powder
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings (optional but recommended)
Granola
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries)
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Drizzle of honey or coconut cream
Instructions
Blend frozen banana, mango, milk, ube powder, and sweetener until smooth and thick.
Pour into a bowl.
Top with granola, fruits, seeds, or coconut flakes.
UBE AÇAÍ BOWL
Ingredients (1 serving)
100g frozen açaí puree
½ banana, frozen
½ cup frozen berries (blueberry, strawberry, or mixed)
½ cup milk or fruit juice
1–2 tsp ube powder
Toppings
Sliced banana, berries
Granola
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Drizzle of honey or agave
Instructions
Blend açaí, banana, berries, milk, and ube powder until smooth and thick.
Pour into a bowl and decorate with toppings of choice.

½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
½ cup milk or plant-based milk
1 frozen banana
1–2 tsp ube powder
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Blend yogurt, milk, banana, ube powder, and sweetener until smooth.
