UBE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple

  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk

  • 1–2 tsp ube powder

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings (optional but recommended)

  • Granola

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries)

  • Chia seeds

  • Coconut flakes

  • Drizzle of honey or coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Blend frozen banana, mango, milk, ube powder, and sweetener until smooth and thick.

  2. Pour into a bowl.

  3. Top with granola, fruits, seeds, or coconut flakes.


UBE AÇAÍ BOWL

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 100g frozen açaí puree

  • ½ banana, frozen

  • ½ cup frozen berries (blueberry, strawberry, or mixed)

  • ½ cup milk or fruit juice

  • 1–2 tsp ube powder

Toppings

  • Sliced banana, berries

  • Granola

  • Chia seeds

  • Coconut flakes

  • Drizzle of honey or agave

Instructions

  1. Blend açaí, banana, berries, milk, and ube powder until smooth and thick.

  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with toppings of choice.


UBE SMOOTHIE WITH YOGURT

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or plant-based)

  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1–2 tsp ube powder

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt, milk, banana, ube powder, and sweetener until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy as a refreshing breakfast or snack.

  3. Optional: top with granola, coconut flakes, or fresh berries for texture.
