Delicious Ube Latte Recipes for Dairy and Non-Dairy Lovers

Ingredients: (makes 1 serving)
1 cup of milk (skimmed, oat, almond, soy or coconut)
1-2 tsp of Ubeba's ube powder
1-2 tsp sweetener (optional: sugar, honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract)
Hot Ube Latte:
Take 1-2 tsp of Ubeba's ube powder in a small bowl and add a dash of warm water.
Mix well with a whisk to make a smooth paste.
Place your milk in a milk frother to warm, alternatively warm your milk in a saucepan over medium heat or by placing your mug in a microwave. Warm your milk, do not boil.
Transfer contents onto a mug with your favourite milk.
Optional: top your ube latte with whipped cream, or the above optional sweeteners for extra indulgence.
Iced Ube Latte:
Take 1-2 tsp of Ubeba's ube powder in a small bowl and add a dash of warm water.
Mix well with a whisk to make a smooth paste.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour cold milk over the ice.
Stir in the ube paste until fully combined.
Optional: top your ube latte with whipped cream, or the above optional sweeteners for extra indulgence.
Optional Add-ons for Ube Latte
Coffee: Add a shot of coffee for a caffeine boost.
Matcha: Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Matcha powder or add Matcha paste (made similarly to ube paste as explained above) for layered flavour.
Boba: Tapioca pearls or popping boba for texture.
Syrups: Vanilla, caramel, chocolate or coconut syrup.
Whipped cream: Dairy or non-dairy
Dusting of Ube powder or Cinnamon
