Delicious Ube Latte Recipes for Dairy and Non-Dairy Lovers

Ingredients (makes 1 serving)
1 cup milk of choice (cow, oat, almond, soy, or coconut)
1–2 tsp ube powder (adjust to taste)
1–2 tsp sweetener (sugar, honey, maple syrup, or condensed milk)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Hot Ube Latte
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
Whisk in ube powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until fully dissolved and smooth.
Pour into your favorite mug.
Optional: top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra indulgence.
Iced Ube Latte
In a small bowl, mix ube powder with 2–3 tbsp of warm milk to make a smooth paste.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour the remaining cold milk over the ice.
Stir in the ube paste until fully combined.
Sweeten to taste.
Optional: top with boba pearls, whipped cream, or drizzle with caramel or chocolate syrup.
